Dr Caroline Karwitha Kanyuuru is an Agrifood Systems Advisor based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is contributing to improving people’s lives through better incomes, by addressing sustainable natural resource use and promoting business value chains. Her experiences reveal a passion to effectively collaborate along the research, development, and private sectors.
She is trained in BSc Animal Production, MSc World Animal Production, PhD Range Management - Institutional Economics, and has developed extensive skills in Research Methods and Program Management - Monitoring and Evaluation.
Dr Kanyuuru contributed to the Global Sustainable Aquaculture Roadmap: Pathways for Systemic Change published in 2023 by the World Economic Forum. In Corporate Social Responsibility, she is empowering mothers and caregivers of children with special needs raise revenue through enterprise development.
